ABOUT JAKE

Jake grew up in Arlington, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015. After graduating, Jake launched his career in commercial real estate at Swearingen helping with site selection for national clients. In 2016, Jake went to work at Colliers International where he continued his brokerage career in tenant representation and investment sales specializing in healthcare clients. In 2019, he transitioned to learn development at The Nehemiah Company where he worked as an Assistant Project Manager and oversaw ground-up, Class A multifamily development. It was then he discovered his passion in seeing projects be developed through the entire process, from city government and entitlements through completion. Jake joined Steeplechase in 2022.

Jake and his wife Jeannette are members of Shoreline City Church and have two golden retrievers, Goose and Maverick. They enjoy being active outdoors and spending time at their family lake house in Granbury.
