ABOUT CHRIS
Chris grew up in San Antonio, TX and graduated from William Jewell College in 2005. After graduation, Chris had the opportunity to travel abroad before moving to Dallas to begin his real estate career at Henry S. Miller Commercial, where he worked as a broker focusing on retail and industrial investment properties. In 2008, Chris went to work at Fischer & Company where he represented corporate clients across the US and Canada on their leasing and portfolio management objectives. In 2013, Chris began investing in value-add shopping centers before meeting Nathan and launching their partnership the next year.
Chris and his wife Whitney have three boys, Hutch, Duke and Shep. They are active members at Watermark Church and love getting their boys outdoors.
